Graj Miesjcia

The past Friday in the historic city center took place a very nice event.
The great game of Christmas we organized in the foundation. The game consisted in trying to restore Christmas! A small elf had broken Christmas trees to confuse Papa noel in your magic night!
Two classes of two schools in Lublin were responsible to help in this difficult task that lasted almost two hours!

Multiculturalism workshop

At the Foundation I've been asked to do a workshop based on multiculturalism. For this occasion I created a game in which the children  visit by the different continents.
They had questions about these continents and also from each continent there was two typical games of children of this continents.

Children use a die to move between continents.

It was a fun afternoon in which to learn with the game without stopping!

Andrzjeski in Sempre a Frente

Last Friday in Sempre a Frente ... was typical Polish festival known as "Andrzjeski". Here some photos.

History:

San Andrés is important here in Poland and in general in many other countries of the world, because it is the patron saint of the Orthodox Church, which means it is in importance paired with San Pedro, who was the head of the list of the church Catholic
St Andrew's Day in Polish is called "Andrzejki" and is similar to Halloween party, but more intimate and domestic. This date is linked divination and witchcraft, but especially in the field of love (though also in other fields, but to a much lesser extent). In general, it is intended for women, so they know who your husband will be lucky if it or not, your appearance, and even your job. Even today, some men continue this tradition and make some distinctive games to see how the date will be your future wife!
