Andrzjeski in Sempre a Frente

Last Friday in Sempre a Frente ... was typical Polish festival known as "Andrzjeski". Here some photos.

History:

San Andrés is important here in Poland and in general in many other countries of the world, because it is the patron saint of the Orthodox Church, which means it is in importance paired with San Pedro, who was the head of the list of the church Catholic
St Andrew's Day in Polish is called "Andrzejki" and is similar to Halloween party, but more intimate and domestic. This date is linked divination and witchcraft, but especially in the field of love (though also in other fields, but to a much lesser extent). In general, it is intended for women, so they know who your husband will be lucky if it or not, your appearance, and even your job. Even today, some men continue this tradition and make some distinctive games to see how the date will be your future wife!
